Please ensure the correctness of the entered data, especially the National ID or Passport Number, Mobile Number, and Email.
If you are a new student in the first year or preparatory year (first year of your faculty), please select "New Student".
You cannot register with the same National ID or Passport Number more than once.
After successful registration, please keep or print the request code, as it will be used for future reviews.
The student’s data (Full Name, Grade, and Grade Percentage) is retrieved directly from the UMS. Please verify that all information is accurate and valid. If any incorrect or inconsistent data is found, please do not complete the Dormitory Request. Instead, recheck the information with the Student Affairs Office at your faculty and ensure that the data is corrected before proceeding with the request.

Submission Conditions:

All entered data must be correct and match official documents

The student must adhere to the Dormitory rules and regulations
The administration has the right to reject any request without providing reasons

Housing Rules:

Adherence to specified entry and exit times
Prohibition of bringing any banned or dangerous materials
Maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and public facilities
Respecting other students and not disturbing them
Paying housing fees on designated dates

Your data will not be shared with any third parties without your consent

Housing Conditions 2025/2026:

Ain Shams University reserves the right to accept or reject the residency request in its dormitories, according to its capacity and admission priorities, and in accordance with its internal regulations and applicable bylaws. Coordination is based on grades, taking into account the distance between Cairo Governorate and the student's residence capital as a preferential factor, with a specific number of places determined for each faculty based on previous years' statistics.

The student must not be a resident of Greater Cairo, proven by their residence being outside of it, noting that [Centers (Toukh - Kafr Shukr - Benha - Shebin El Qanater) in Qalyubia Governorate and Centers (El Saff - Atfih - Hawamdia - Ayat - Badrashein - Manshiyat El Qanater - Bahariya Oasis) in Giza Governorate] are located outside the scope of Greater Cairo according to the Urban Planning Authority.
Student admission priority is based on the rule of highest grades and furthest distance.
